ATS vendors offer talent pool functionality but we all know from years of experience they don’t get used very well and are otherwise known as a bottomless pit of CV’s. So what are we to do with all these applicants? Vendors such as Jobs2web claim to offer a talent community as a better alternative but I think their “community” claim is a bit of a joke.
