It really is time that we stopped with the names and focused on the business problem that needs to be solved. Already talent pool/community functionality is coming into RFP’s yet in reality, any vendor can say they have the functionality as it is often down to interpretation. However, if the buyer outlined the business issue and said to relevant vendors how they would look to solve the problem, then we are all in a better place.
